Atlantis The Royal

Dubai, seen from another level.

On Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis The Royal rises as a series of stacked volumes, with terraces and gardens between them. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, the resort turns its position between the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s skyline into the central architectural experience.

The building’s sky bridge connects a landscape of pools, lounges and elevated outdoor spaces. At ground level, gardens, restaurants and shaded areas carry the resort towards the shore, giving the monumental silhouette a more intimate rhythm when explored from within.

A private horizon

The Sky Pool Villas pair their own infinity pool with either open sea views or a view across the Palm and Dubai skyline. At 118 to 168 square metres, they place the terrace and the water at the centre of the stay, with dedicated suite services.
